It can
be hard.
But we don't grow when we're comfortable.
Starting therapy can feel scary, but know you’re in control every step of the way. You decide the pace, what to share, and when to ask for support. There’s no judgment, no expectations, no right or wrong, just a space where you’re free to fully be yourself.
Shana Gietl, LMHC
In therapy, I will take a journey with you, we will take a panoramic shot of the world around you, pointing out landmarks, points of interest, and roads traveled. We will navigate the internal and external landscapes of your life. I will challenge your ways of thinking by offering you a new set of binoculars to view the scenery around you, promoting growth and new insight.
